Radius has developed a compliance program applicable to each medical practice area. Programs are designed to ensure that physicians are notified of regulatory changes and operate in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Special attention will be given to the continuing implementation of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
