The Radius Health System is the organization’s parent management services organization (MSO). Dr. Phil Weaver is the Chairman and Roger Nauert is the President. Radius provides a broad range of modern-day management services that are necessary for the overall direction of an ever-expanding galaxy of state-of-the-art radiology programs. Its main focus is on the efficient and effective operations of high volume diagnostic imaging facilities. It also seeks to develop a continuum of care that provides interventional radiology and radiation therapy. We oversee the overall non-clinical management elements of Radiant and will provide a range of contractual services to participating system entities. Future participants may wish to maintain their corporate names while participating in select components of system alliance activities.

The management services are offered to Radius participants on an “a la carte” basis. Our optional services encompass substantially all of the non-clinical aspects of our operations. They are designed to increase service revenues through a combination of strategies including dynamic system alliances, upgraded marketing initiatives, improved management, integration of multi specialty practices to generate referrals, upgraded technical services, state-of-the-art data retrieval, and improved operating margins.
