GOAL I: Structural System Framework and Commitment
Design and develop the overall structural framework of the Radius Health System and related corporate entities.

GOAL II: Initial Practice Development
Establish Radiant Imaging and Diagnostics and develop an initial full-service radiology center in an ideal location as a model site.

GOAL III: Radiology Practice Expansion and Diversity
Expand and diversify Radius Health System components with increased regional influence through aggressive business contracts, successful marketing initiatives, acquisitions, joint ventures, and select physician recruitments.

GOAL IV: Expanded Healthcare System Development
Explore and develop multiple alliances with other relevant physician groups and healthcare entities in order to create a full-service healthcare system and a full continuum of care.

GOAL V: Market Growth and Diversity
Pursue active marketing initiatives for service expansions, economic stability, and overall system growth initiatives in a broadened regional market.

GOAL VI: Effective Management
Strengthen management and overall administration to enhance system effectiveness, add service capabilities and refine needed levels of competence, skills and productivity.

GOAL VII : Operational Performance
Upgrade and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of patient care delivery communications and overall operations.

GOAL VIII: Financial and Economic Focus
Focus on financial and economic management standards to evaluate business performance standards, reduce costs, and increase operating margins.

GOAL XI: Quality Assurance
Establish and manage quality assurance programs to promote practice care accuracy, full radiologic services, and consumer satisfaction.

GOAL XII: Compliance
Manage all of the clinical and business affairs of Radius entities to assure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
